Fiji is our newest Alpine addition to Pemberley. I've admired her
for several years and am thrilled to welcome her into the herd.

Besides earning her Jr. Champion title and two reserves in milk, Fiji has a productive,
well attached udder with properly placed teats. She has
also earned her Superior Genetics (SG) designation. Her
progeny includes SG Bearly Swale Glen Echo and SG Bearly BJ Glen
Ullin who appraised at EX91, EEEE as a five-year-old.
Update, 2011: Fiji is still going strong as a nine-year-old.
We may try to freshen her one more time before retiring her.
This year she kidded with a beautiful cou blanc buckling out of
Redwood Hills Trubute Rhythm.
Update, 2012: At 10 years of age Fiji presented us with a single
doe. She had a difficult kidding and given her age we have
decided to let her retire and enjoy some well earned time out in
the pasture. We are so pleased to have two daughters in
our herd, Fiona and Ricotta.
